About The Position
Peachford Hospital is searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician for its busy Plant Operations department. The Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining a safe, functional, physical environment for patients, employees, and guests.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required for this role.
- General maintenance experience is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a Psychiatric facility preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain HVAC equipment.
- General repair, painting, and maintenance of hospital buildings.
- Maintain grounds to include light landscaping, ice and snow removal and maintenance of parking lot.
- Carry out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair. Ability to work on plugged sewers, flush valves, specialty faucets. Able to work on electrical from low voltage to 277V lights and ballasts.
