Requirements

• Ability to handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Ability to get empty homes move-in ready
• Ability to keep the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Willingness to participate in snow removal and on-call shifts
• Commitment to creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service

Responsibilities

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
