The Ashford is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician who doesn’t just complete work orders but takes ownership, solves problems, and helps create a community our residents are proud to call home. Requirements

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations
• A willingness to jump in, help out, and support the team

Nice To Haves

• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred
• Experience with appliances and plumbing repairs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Responding to and completing service requests with care and urgency
• Maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the community
• Completing apartment punch lists and make-ready units
• Performing drywall repair, painting, and general upkeep
• Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing and electrical issues
