About The Position

Radwell International is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the safe operation, maintenance, and reliability of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure across our facility. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and facility improvement projects while ensuring compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ability to coordinate projects and vendor activities effectively
Proficiency with maintenance documentation and recordkeeping processes
Mechanical aptitude and strong technical capabilities
High School Diploma required
1-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, technical maintenance, or related roles
Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered

Nice To Haves

Associate degree, vocational training, or technical certification in Construction, Engineering, Facilities Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred
Experience working within regulated environments is a plus
Experience with facility safety programs and preventative maintenance systems preferred

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility-related issues to minimize downtime
Install, replace, and repair building equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure components as required
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, inspections, and service schedules
Support facility improvement projects including renovations, upgrades, and safety initiatives
Monitor building systems to ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations
Coordinate maintenance work with vendors, contractors, and internal departments
Maintain inventory of maintenance tools, parts, and supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards
Respond to facility emergencies including power outages, equipment failures, and critical maintenance issues
Identify opportunities to improve facility reliability, performance, and safety
Support additional facility and operational projects as assigned
