About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Willow Place, a 182-unit apartment community in McDonough, Georgia. The technician is responsible for the property's general appearance and maintenance, helping create a positive living experience for residents. The role includes responding to repair needs in common areas and apartments, performing preventive maintenance, assessing and repairing appliances, and preparing vacant units for new residents. Occasional on-call duties are required; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours. The technician also helps create and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• A valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of previous maintenance experience.
• HVAC and EPA experience.
• CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Perform occasional on-call duties; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
