About The Position
The Maintenance Technician position provides maintenance support for assigned buildings, offices, and vacant apartments. The primary responsibility is to ensure the timely completion of all assigned maintenance duties and other tasks. Duties include performing repairs, preparing units, and completing preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Must pass and maintain Minnesota Background Study clearance.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Flexibility in schedule.
- Previous building maintenance experience.
- Apartment maintenance experience.
