About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the timely completion of work orders and special projects, including plumbing and electrical service requests and apartment turns. This role involves servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner, diagnosing and repairing issues in electrical systems, and responding to all service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager. The technician will also assist in maintaining the exterior of the property daily for curb appeal, perform housekeeping duties as required, and handle snow removal during winter months. Property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas may also be required.

Requirements

Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
General computer knowledge
Availability for on-call purposes
Flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary

Nice To Haves

Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Plumbing, contracting, builders certifications and licenses a plus
