We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 1099 Contract Employee to assist with general lawn care and in-home maintenance for our West Virginia locations. This role involves working approximately 10-15 hours a week. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage time effectively and deliver quality results consistently.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to pass drug test and background checks.
Proven experience in lawn care and landscaping.
Basic knowledge of in-home maintenance.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Reliable transportation to the job site.
Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed.

Responsibilities

General Lawn Care: Maintain approximately 16 acres of land, including mowing, weed eating, and landscaping.
In-Home Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks within the home as needed.
Schedule Management: Maintain a consistent schedule and communicate effectively with the property owner.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and tools are used safely and maintained properly.
