Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment at Love’s. They also assist managers in maintaining smooth operations and supporting customer satisfaction. No prior experience is required; training is provided. This customer-facing role includes general customer service and helping store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and other customer service needs. Technicians use various tools and equipment to maintain facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance, pressure washing, plumbing repairs, and site inspections. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25 or more pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations.
- Perform equipment repair and maintenance, including work involving HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform pressure washing, plumbing repairs, and site inspections.
- Cross-train in other departments, potentially including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
