About The Position

StorageMart is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Homestead, FL. This role is crucial to upholding our promise of Easy. Clean. Service. by ensuring our facilities are running smoothly, are clean, and safe. The technician will be responsible for a variety of repair, maintenance, and janitorial tasks across multiple locations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance or related trade experience.
• Power tool knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license/insurance and ability to travel between stores.
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, standing).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, and latches.
• Perform carpentry, pavement repair, and light woodworking.
• Handle janitorial work, groundskeeping, and snow removal.
• Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Travel between multiple locations as needed (mileage reimbursed).
