About The Position

Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment to support safe, efficient operations in our beverage manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLCs
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and production equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, drawings, and procedures
• Computer skills including HMI interfaces, email, and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain the tools necessary to perform the job
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or alternative shifts as business needs require

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and minimize production downtime
• Repair and calibrate process monitoring devices, including pressure, temperature, level, and flow controls
• Read and interpret machine manuals, drawings, and SOPs
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
• Support parts inventory tracking and maintenance records
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and safety requirements
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance team members
• Other duties as assigned
