Requirements

2+ years of experience in the apartment or hotel maintenance field
HVAC and EPA certifications
Knowledge about AC systems
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to climb ladders

Nice To Haves

Bilingual with the ability to speak Spanish
Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
Proactive about finding solutions
Effectively prioritize tasks while demonstrating good time management

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
Maintain units by identifying issues and performing tasks such as HVAC, AC troubleshooting, and other related activities.
Close out work orders upon completion.
Conduct inspections and help prepare vacant units for occupancy.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
