About The Position

The goal is to ensure apartment homes are the top choice for residents from move-in to move-out.

Requirements

• At least one (1) year of experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent field.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand and power tools, mechanical equipment, measuring devices, user-moved aids, etc.
• Knowledge of HVAC, EPA and OSHA regulations, ADA and Fair Housing laws, electrical and plumbing, A/C and heating systems, appliances, property assets, etc.
• Forty (40) hours per week are required.
• Weekends may be required as circumstances warrant.
• On-call on a rotating basis and for emergencies.
