We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Stone Cliff Apartments in Aurora, CO!

Requirements

• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!

Responsibilities

• Completing work order requests, which may require patching of drywall, basic electrical, basic appliance repair, plumbing and grounds keeping duties.
