Requirements

Proven maintenance experience in an agricultural, industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of electric motors, motor controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience replacing and maintaining conveyor belts and conveyor systems.
Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to diagnose issues and develop practical solutions independently.
Self-starter with excellent initiative and a strong work ethic.
Able to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain low-voltage and high-voltage electric motors and related equipment.
Replace, repair, and maintain conveyor belts and conveyor systems.
Perform preventative and routine maintenance on farm equipment, buildings, and production systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Complete basic electrical work, including wiring, motor controls, and component replacement.
Perform general plumbing repairs and maintenance.
Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Inspect equipment regularly and proactively identify maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and report issues as required.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Assist with general farm maintenance projects as needed.
