Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience with affordable housing experience preferred
  • You’re able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
  • You are committed to exceed expectations of those around you by providing exceptional service

Responsibilities

  • Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape
  • Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order
  • Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.
  • Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.
  • Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.
  • Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.
  • Maintain workplace safety policies and standards, including current COVID-19 standards.
  • Rotating on-call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs.
