The Maintenance Technician performs repairs and maintenance at the Reno Ramada in Reno, Nevada. Requirements

At least 6 months of general maintenance experience.
Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment, including laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
