About The Position

Full Circle is seeking several experienced Maintenance Technicians to work the following shifts: 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and 3rd Shift - Sunday to Thursday (11:00 PM -7:00 AM). The estimated hours worked per week are 50-60. The role involves performing a wide variety of mechanical and electrical maintenance work of a skilled and complex nature, including installing, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment and plant facilities necessary for satisfactory operation of equipment and processes. This position is moderately physical.

Requirements

• Must be able to apply principles acquired through technical or vocational subjects (certificates or some college courses)
• 48 months of related experience in Allen Bradley, Hydraulics, Robotics, and Welding.
• Proficient at troubleshooting die casting machine cells through the use of PLC’s and electrical and hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic and combustion malfunctions and operating difficulties. Determines repair procedures and implements those repairs that will be effective in preventing reoccurrence.
• Navigate and interpret ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software for the purpose of troubleshooting equipment faults.
• Modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots. Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700.
• Install, move, and align new and existing equipment.
• Set up and operate various types of machine shop equipment with a moderate degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform both gas and electric welding operations.
• Complete related machine repair records, perform associated handling duties, and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition.
• Perform all necessary preventive and proactive tasks on plant equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervision and/or designated team leader.
