About The Position

If you’re ready to break away from the monotony of a manufacturing or assembly line, our Maintenance Technician position is perfect for you! This is a field service technician role where you will be out in the field, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment at different customer sites. You will have the independence to manage your workload and day-to-day tasks with no micro-management. You will interact directly with customers, providing high-quality service, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction. Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Technical aptitude with a desire to learn – we will train you!
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field.
• Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock.
• Complete technical training as assigned, maintain knowledge and continuously work to expand knowledge of new equipment.
• Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region.
