About The Position
Morgan Properties is seeking a Service Technician with a “Whatever It Takes” attitude to join their team at The Meadows Apartments, a 408-unit community in Syracuse, NY. This is a full-time role where the technician will handle the hands-on work that keeps residents’ homes and the community comfortable and compliant with company standards and applicable laws.
Requirements
- Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
- Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
