Requirements

2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily/property management experience is a plus, but not required)
Lives within a 30-minute commute of the property
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, pools, and HVAC systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

HVAC or EPA Universal Certification

Responsibilities

Perform service requests efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service to residents.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
Repair heating and cooling systems.
Service and maintain the community pool.
Assist with groundskeeping and maintaining excellent curb appeal.
Work closely with the maintenance and office teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Promote a positive living experience for residents and a collaborative work environment for coworkers.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance needs.
