Maintenance Technician - Pointe Estero Beach Resort
About The Position
This position is responsible for performing various building maintenance repairs, upgrades, and service items. It also includes completing light grounds work such as trash disposal and curb sweeping. The role requires the ability to lift up to 100lbs occasionally and 50 pounds frequently. A full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers, and legs is necessary to perform duties like stooping, crawling, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting. The technician is responsible for safety compliance and maintaining a courteous manner during all guest interactions. Reading, writing, and speaking English are required. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, is also a requirement.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs occasionally; 50 pounds frequently.
- Full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers and legs in order to stoop, crawl, walk, bend, push, pull, reach and lift as required by various job duties.
- Must read, write and speak English.
- Prior general electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
