About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving complex technical problems on the fly, keeping high-speed production running, and helping our operations grow. If you are highly skilled in troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, confident reading schematics, and ready to take a hands-on role on the production floor, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Electronics, or a related field plus 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR 6+ years of increasingly complex industrial maintenance experience.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC Ladder logic programs.
  • Solid understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), digital/analog servo systems, and automated machine controls.
  • Competency using electronic test equipment, hand/powered tools, and standard welding techniques (soldering, ARC, MIG).
  • Ability to safely operate motorized vehicles including forklifts and elevated work platforms.
  • Comfortable moving freely throughout the facility, working on your feet, and occasionally lifting up to 50+ lbs.
  • A self-starter attitude with strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a stellar history of working safely.

Responsibilities

  • Perform breakdown, corrective, and preventive electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance on all production equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair complex production and auxiliary equipment to "as built" condition with minimal supervision.
  • Integrate electrical control systems for new/rebuilt machinery, facilities equipment, and process improvements.
  • Participate in the specification, building, rebuilding, installation, and fabrication of electronic control systems.
  • Monitor machine operations and assist in developing preventive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure uninterrupted operation.
  • Ensure all machinery and facilities comply with applicable safety codes, including OSHA, National Electric Code (NEC), and LOTO protocols.
  • Partner with the Maintenance Lead and team to execute work orders according to schedule and improve machine operations.
