Requirements

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience
• HVAC experience with EPA Certification (required)
• Pool experience required (CPO preferred)
• Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent resident service

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment service requests and repairs
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems
• Help maintain community grounds and amenities
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
