About The Position
Kane Realty Corporation is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to assist with the day-to-day maintenance operations of our commercial properties while helping ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for tenants and guests.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi-tasking throughout the day.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous maintenance experience
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen
Responsibilities
- Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, patching, and general maintenance
- Repairing and treating structures such as doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors
- Must be available to work some weekends
- Perform preventative maintenance activities
- Coordinate special projects as directed maintenance supervisor
