Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Weekend and on-call availability required
Nice To Haves
- HVAC experience preferred
- HVAC and CPO certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete resident service requests
- Assist with apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
- Maintain community grounds and curb appeal
- Perform general plumbing, electrical, construction, and drywall repairs
- Remove debris and help keep the property looking its best
- Organize and maintain the maintenance shop
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues as part of an on-call rotation
