Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC experience
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems
- Ability to respond to after-hours calls
- Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Maintain apartment homes, buildings, and common areas
- Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
- Prepare vacant units for move-in (turns/make-readies)
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Maintain tools, supplies, and safety standards
