Falcon Farms is looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our facility in Buford, GA. We are looking for someone with experience in electrical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial equipment, who can troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, and keep our facility and equipment running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, solution-oriented, and has a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of electricity, HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial or warehouse equipment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Comfortable working in cold/refrigerated environments.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Able to work independently and with limited supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical issues.
  • Maintain and repair warehouse equipment such as ice machines, compactors, cardboard presses, forklifts, doors, and other machinery.
  • Perform basic plumbing, painting, and building repairs.
  • Repair walls, floors, doors, panels, and other facility components.
  • Perform regular facility and equipment inspections.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize urgent issues.
  • Keep the maintenance area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
  • Follow all company safety procedures.
