Maintenance Technician - Full Time - DiamondHead Beach Resort
About The Position
This position is responsible for performing various building maintenance repairs, upgrades, and service items. It also includes completing light grounds work such as trash disposal and curb sweeping. The role requires the ability to lift up to 100lbs occasionally and 50 pounds frequently. A full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers, and legs is necessary to perform tasks like stooping, crawling, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting. The technician will be responsible for safety compliance and maintaining a courteous manner during all guest interactions. Reading, writing, and speaking English are required. Prior general electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting experience is necessary. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, is also required.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs occasionally; 50 pounds frequently.
