Managed by Coral Hospitality, we’re looking for a dependable, skilled, and motivated Maintenance Technician to help keep our resort operating at its best. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our resort facilities.

Requirements

Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
Comfortable performing physical work and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Good communication skills
Valid driver’s license required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
Completing general repairs including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work
Assisting with HVAC and mechanical system upkeep
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Responding to maintenance requests from departments and guests
Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and reports
Supporting a safe environment for guests and team members
