Maintenance Technician (Multi-Family Property)

About The Position
The position consists of working as a maintenance technician in all aspects of Tropicana's internal Maintenance Service Company's functions, supporting other Maintenance Teams and the Maintenance Regional Manager. The goal is to ensure that our properties are always in a presentable, safe, sanitary and sound condition.
Requirements
- Three years of proven experience as maintenance technician or similar role within a similar environment/field
- Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, electrical and appliance repair, evaporative coolers (HVAC a plus)
- Knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations
- Knowledgeable of Excel, Word, mobile applications, data entry and internet
- Strong organizational skills
- An eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid and current Drivers Licence and Current vehicle insurance

- Degree or hours from a vocational school
