About The Position

Celtic Property Management is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Reserve at Thunderbird. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and understands the importance of providing excellent service to our residents. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our community running smoothly and looking its best.

Requirements

• Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and basic repairs
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
• Good customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work orders and complete assignments in a timely manner
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a team

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Perform general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliances, and basic HVAC-related tasks
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Help maintain common areas and the overall appearance of the community
• Respond professionally to resident maintenance needs
• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager
• Follow company safety procedures and Fair Housing requirements
• Participate in the on-call rotation as required
