About The Position

We are currently seeking a Part Time (20 hours/week) Maintenance Technician for a 90 unit apartment community in Bothell (Rivercroft Apartments).

Requirements

• Must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action
• Superior customer service skills
• A great attention to detail
• 1+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, and appliances required
• Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Experience in painting a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Trade school and/or military training or industry designation a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintains a up keeping facility, Painting, turning units, maintain inventory, and scheduling repairs
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as landscaping, heating, plumbing and carpentry
• Inspect buildings and equipment
• Performs all other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and assists the overall team in any way possible
