About The Position

Maintenance Technician Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of our facility and equipment. This role may involve facility maintenance, machine maintenance, or both , depending on business needs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and able to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or industrial maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and perform hands-on repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment/materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance issues.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify potential problems and safety concerns.
• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with installation, adjustment, and servicing of equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established safety procedures.
• Respond to maintenance requests and support day-to-day facility operations.
