About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Grenada, Mississippi. This first-shift position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical troubleshooting experience.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and industrial machinery.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment that includes standing, bending, climbing ladders, and occasional confined spaces.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Technical or vocational training preferred.
PLC troubleshooting experience.
Welding and fabrication experience.
Knowledge of injection molding or plastics manufacturing equipment.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs to minimize production downtime.
Install, maintain, and repair motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, belts, and other industrial equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Perform basic PLC troubleshooting (preferred but not required).
Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
