About The Position
Now hiring a Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Fort Worth. Seeking strong mechanical candidates who can work independently and troubleshoot production equipment with minimal supervision. Shifts Available: 1st Shift: Tuesday–Saturday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: Tuesday–Saturday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM 3rd Shift: Tuesday–Saturday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Days off may vary slightly based on business needs.)
Requirements
- 2+ years maintenance mechanic experience
- Manufacturing background required (no automotive)
- Electrical and PLC experience preferred
- Must have own tools
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Reliable and able to work independently

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Troubleshoot production and facility equipment
- Work with pumps, gear boxes, chain drives
- Maintain hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, and air compressors
- Troubleshoot PLCs and control circuits
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
