Requirements
- Apartment maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently

Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance service requests
- Complete apartment turns
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repair work throughout the community
