About The Position

Responsible for electrical and plant maintenance and repair. This includes shop equipment repair and maintenance, shop equipment installation, forklift repair and maintenance, overseeing/administering company vehicles repairs and maintenance, building repair and maintenance, overhead crane repair and maintenance, and electrical distribution (3 phase). The role also involves setting up reoccurring/ongoing preventive maintenance schedules for these items, assisting with the setup of new production and warehousing spaces, and on-site HVAC repairs and maintenance. Additionally, the technician may fill in to assist production as needed in areas such as fabrication, assembly/disassembly, painting, field service, and general support. The position requires compliance with company policies and observation of all safety procedures, including the use of proper protective gear.

Requirements

Fundamental knowledge of electrical principles, formulas and principals
Ability to read blueprints
Occasional use of shop mathematics
Must provide own tools and toolbox

Nice To Haves

Minimum three to five years of experience in supervising electrical and maintenance work
