Maintenance Technician – Saint Mary Home (Part of Trinity Health Senior Communities) Location: West Hartford, CT Are you handy and enjoy helping others? Join our team at Saint Mary Home, a long-term care community where your work keeps residents safe and comfortable every day.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to lift, climb, and work in different conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Some experience with building maintenance or repairs (2+ years preferred).
Responsibilities
- Handle basic repairs like fixing doors, lights, and plumbing.
- Help keep heating, cooling, and other building systems running smoothly.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
- Support room setups and furniture moves.
- Work with outside vendors when needed.
