Requirements

  • Ability to perform unskilled or semi-skilled work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, security, and related facility systems and components.
  • Ability to perform inspections on boilers, HVAC equipment, plumbing, generators, pumps motors, and repair of mechanical/electrical equipment on a regular basis, troubleshoots problems and complete repairs as appropriate.
  • Service a variety of kitchen equipment to include refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, etc.
  • Repair and installs doors and door hardware; changes and keys locks; installs security devices, alarm systems, pneumatic door closures and related hardware; performs semi-skilled rough and finish carpentry work.
