Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
One to two years of hotel maintenance experience.
Experience in pool maintenance.
Desire to reach perfection.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance tasks and assignments as instructed.
Execute, maintain, and complete the preventive maintenance program.
Monitor work orders effectively utilizing the Quore program.
Complete assigned work orders efficiently and effectively.
Maintain property grounds and curb appeal.
Monitor and maintain pool/spa maintenance and related pool equipment, ensuring compliance with state board of health standards.
Respond to guest inquiries during shift regarding maintenance issues in guest rooms and public meeting spaces, including electrical, plumbing, key lock systems, and HVAC issues.
