Requirements

2+ years of valuable experience in general maintenance
Basic carpentry skills that showcase your craftsmanship
A valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
Background check? No problem!
Thriving in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment is your forte
Keeping sensitive information confidential is second nature to you.
Basic knowledge of residential plumbing & electrical systems.
No heavy lifting? Not for you! You can handle 50+ pounds with ease.
Tight spaces and extreme weather conditions? You're up for the challenge.
Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, walking, standing, sitting, driving, reaching bending climbing steps/ladders, and lifting 50-85+ pounds; reading, comprehension, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.
Machines/Equipment: A valid, active NC driver license for a minimum of 3 years (clean MVR); the operation of basic tools and equipment; smart phone or similar electronic device.
Work Environment: Exposed to outside weather conditions, fast paced, physically strenuous; working in attics or crawl spaces; climbing flights of steps inside and out; maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic.
