About The Position
Walden Creek Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive customer service attitude and be well organized. This is a full-time position that includes on-call rotations. Gross Residential is a dynamic real estate development, construction, and property management firm with approximately 350 employees and over 40 locations throughout northeast Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, and North Carolina. We develop projects and oversee the construction of apartments, townhouses, and condominiums. We market and sell the homes, while maintaining ownership of and managing the apartment communities.
Requirements
- Positive customer service attitude
- Well organized
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Experience with appliance installation and repair
