About The Position

We are seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience with maintenance and repairs including patch/painting, wallpapering, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

Complete daily maintenance/custodial assignments with minimal supervision.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs including painting, wallpapering, plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry and mechanical repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment as specified by manufacturer’s manuals and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Report maintenance needs, equipment malfunctions, defective equipment, and unsafe or hazardous conditions to Maintenance Supervisor or Director.
Maintain all required and routine records of inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs performed on any equipment or system.
Dust, mop, and use floor machines to clean and disinfect floors
Keep work areas clean and keep tools and equipment properly stored.
