About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of CNC 3, 4, and 5 axis horizontal and vertical automated milling machines and manual machine tools. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing machines, performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine uptime, and lubricating and cleaning machinery. The technician will also test devices to ensure proper performance.

Requirements

• CNC and manual machine maintenance experience.
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience.
• Mechanical and electrical background in repair/maintenance of manual/automated/semi-automated machinery.
• Experience with preventative maintenance activities.
• Ability to read wiring / ladder diagrams to aid in the troubleshooting and repair on basic systems/machines.
• Have own basic tools.
• Strong work ethic.
• Self-driven.
• 5+ years with various CNC machines.

Nice To Haves

• Facilities repair experience preferred.
