Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Knoxville, TN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial or residential maintenance experience
- Pass a background check
Responsibilities
- General maintenance work
- Remodel and carpentry work
- Patch drywall
- Repair plumbing pipe, toilets, and sinks
- Basic electrical wiring
- Repair switches, and light fixtures
- Troubleshoot & repair heating, and air units
