About The Position

We’re looking for someone mechanically minded, dependable, and ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous maintenance, manufacturing, industrial, or facilities experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Someone dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Ability to work flexible hours or stay late during emergency situations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in an active manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
PLC experience is a major plus

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems
Perform preventative maintenance to keep operations running efficiently
Inspect machinery and identify issues before they become major problems
Repair or replace defective components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
Assist with electrical troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics
Respond quickly to maintenance requests and unexpected downtime situations
Work alongside production and leadership teams on continuous improvement projects
Maintain maintenance records through our CMMS system
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
