About The Position

This is a temporary, full-time position for a Maintenance Technician. The primary responsibilities include preparing apartments for occupancy by completing maintenance and painting, maintaining the cleanliness of the grounds and surrounding areas of the community, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents, and vendors.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance/painting preferred
• Sufficient verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work well independently and in teams
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Driver's License (Required)
• Ability to Commute: Lubbock, TX
