Requirements

  • Two to three years of related experience and/or training
  • Computer skills required: Spreadsheet Software (Excel), Inventory Software, Project Management software, Word Processing software (Word), Email Software (Outlook), MMS (Maintenance Management Software)

Nice To Haves

  • Two to three years of maintenance technician experience.
  • Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Electrical troubleshooting ability up to 480V
  • Working knowledge of facilities, machines,and equipment.
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain property including but not limited to offices, production areas, public areas, and equipment through execution of preventive maintenance program
  • Maintain organization’s physical operations including but not limited to heating, ventilation and air conditioning, emergency generators, plumbing, water treatment, and electric systems
  • Complete fire and safety inspections as assigned to ensure property is following all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Gain and maintain knowledge of ventilation/air conditioning, heating, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally accepted maintenance skills
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
