About The Position

The Club at Crazy Mountain Ranch is a private membership experience set on 18,000 extraordinary acres in the state of Montana. Take one part working ranch, combine with golf, lodging, great food, and drink plus everything else there is to see and do and you’ve got something beyond special. Crazy Mountain Ranch is a project by Lone Mountain Land Company (LMLC) who manages the planning, entitlement, building, marketing, and sale of premier real estate communities around Big Sky, Montana. Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the Maintenance Technician at Crazy Mountain Ranch is responsible to assist in the maintenance and repair of the buildings, systems, equipment, fleet, activity sites, rooms, residences, and grounds of the entire facility. Focus on preventative maintenance to ensure uptime and be able to respond to critical issues to minimize guest and/or staff impact.

Requirements

Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
CDL or ability to obtain Commercial Driver’s License
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience
Ability to operate company vehicles and equipment
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
Must be able to complete work assignments and projects within designated timeframes
High attention to detail

Responsibilities

Repair of systems for carpentry, lighting, heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, fleet, and other related maintenance activities
Daily operation of Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for schedule, work order, preventative maintenance, and asset tracking
Evaluate physical buildings, assets, equipment, and processes
Foster a positive work environment
Maintain a culture of legendary service and hospitality among all team members and clients
